Well! Let me see, let me see. I signed up for this 'cuz I thought: "Why not?" I loves the feedback, and this is a good way to get some.
I guess I should set up the novel I am about to write. It was a dark and stormy night... well, actually it was a nice sunny summer day back in 1999. I was 13, had just moved to Toronto and was very, very bored. I had dabbled in writing in grade eight and decided it'd be a good idea to try my hand at a novel. On this sunny summer day an idea struck me like the warm rays above did already. I should write a book where a kid gets hit by a car at the very beginning.
Somehow, this turned into four novels about an Elven Queen fighting against an evil outsider cleverly named 'the outsider' in order to save her people, her dimension and above all: her boyfriend. Classic. So over the last five years I wrote the first novel, now I wanna write the sequel, thought NaNoWriMo might be a good place to get a nice, or rather messy, head start. Suffice to say, the plot may be a little confusing to begins with (if you're actually gonna read this), so all you need to keep in mind is: The main characters just returned from another dimension to their own.
Now, we gotta wait a couple weeks for me to start posting (feel the excitement).
